Membership & Eligibility
To become a member of bj77x, the following conditions must be met:
- Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Age verification will be carried out at registration and before withdrawals.
- Legal Eligibility: You may not play from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws applicable in your area.
- One Account: Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, both accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
- Accurate Information: During registration, you must provide accurate and truthful information — including your name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
Special Note: For any account deemed suspicious, bj77x may request a copy of a national ID card or passport to verify age and identity. Withdrawals may be suspended until this process is completed.

Account Management
The security of your bj77x account is your own responsibility. Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone.
- Login Credentials: Your username and password are strictly confidential. Sharing them with any third party is prohibited. You are solely responsible for any loss resulting from doing so.
- Account Transfer: Transferring an account to another person — whether by sale, loan, or any other means — is strictly prohibited.
- Updating Your Details: If any of your personal details change, please update your profile immediately or notify our support team.
- Suspicious Activity: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately. bj77x will take prompt action.
Bj77x conducts regular KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. If you decline to participate or fail to provide the required documents, your account may be temporarily suspended.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on bj77x are processed through secure and verified methods. The following rules are mandatory:

- In Your Own Name: All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited.

- Withdrawal Process: KYC must be completed before a withdrawal can be requested. Withdrawal speed and limits vary based on VIP and High Roller tier.
- Withdrawal Processing Time: Standard members may wait up to 15 minutes. VIP Elite and High Roller Tier 3 members are processed within 3–5 minutes.
Please Note: bj77x enforces a strict anti-money laundering policy. Any suspicious transaction may be subject to additional verification and reported to the relevant authorities if necessary.
If a deposit fails for any reason, the funds are returned within 3 business days. Withdrawal cancellations must be requested before processing begins.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
Bj77x offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, detailed on the respective bonus page. General rules are outlined below:
- One-Time Claim: Welcome bonuses and any registration bonuses are available to each member once only. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example, ×5 means you must wager five times the bonus amount.
- Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be removed.
- Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or sports. Please read the bonus details carefully.
- Wagering-Free Cashback: Cashback for VIP Diamond, Elite, and High Roller tiers is wagering-free and can be withdrawn directly.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit the bj77x bonus system through technical or strategic means is considered fraud. In such cases, the account will be closed and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited.

Betting Rules
The following general rules apply when placing bets on bj77x:
- Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless there is a technical issue.
- Odds Changes: The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. If odds change after a bet has been submitted, the original odds will apply.
- Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or postponed, the void rule will apply to any related bets and stakes will be refunded.
- Maximum Bet Limit: Each market has a maximum bet limit. This limit may increase based on your VIP or High Roller tier.
- Accumulator Bet: In an accumulator bet made up of multiple selections, if any single selection is incorrect, the entire bet is lost.
- In-Play Betting: When betting on live matches, minor delays in bet processing may occur due to network latency. This is normal.
Bj77x reserves the right to void any bet if it is determined that incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bj77x and will result in permanent account closure:
- Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device.
- Bonus Fraud: Using false information to claim bonuses, registering under multiple identities, or systematically exploiting the bonus system.
- Automated Software: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
- Account Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of illegal money transactions.
- False Information: Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
- Affiliate Fraud: Creating fake accounts through your own referral link to earn commission.
Consequences: If prohibited activity is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed, balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Closure & Dispute Resolution
Bj77x reserves the right to close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

- For use of false identity or information
- If KYC Verification Is Not Completed
- Long-Term Inactive Accounts (over 12 months)
